Key Responsibilities
Foster a safe work environment with open communication channels.
Conduct interviews with potential new employees and complete the hiring processes.
Form and implement effective appraisal systems and performance management plans.
Maintain a positive connection with the staff and monitor and resolve employee complaints if any.
Manage the department budgets, like hiring budgets and other related financials
Follow the legal requirements to ensure compliance.
Stay compliant with the state, federal, or local labour laws.
Implement and manage HR policies and procedures according to the company’s objectives
Maintain HR documentation, such as Employee Handbook, SOPs, Policies and Guidelines, Service Agreements, and Contracts of Employment
Planning and implementing programs to drive employee performance and organizational success.
Requirements
Thorough understanding of the HR cycle.
Solid organizational and leadership skills.
Ability to address and resolve employee relations issues.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
Deep understanding of the HRIS (Human Resource Information System) and its implementation.
Able to communicate and write in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
Preferred Education and Qualifications :
A bachelor’s degree in human resource management or a relevant field.
Specialized courses or certifications in Human Resources Management.
Minimum 3 years of work experience.
