Key Responsibilities Key Responsibilities
 
 
  • Foster a safe work environment with open communication channels.
  • Conduct interviews with potential new employees and complete the hiring processes.
  • Form and implement effective appraisal systems and performance management plans.
  • Maintain a positive connection with the staff and monitor and resolve employee complaints if any.
  • Manage the department budgets, like hiring budgets and other related financials
  • Follow the legal requirements to ensure compliance.
  • Stay compliant with the state, federal, or local labour laws.
  • Implement and manage HR policies and procedures according to the company’s objectives
  • Maintain HR documentation, such as Employee Handbook, SOPs, Policies and Guidelines, Service Agreements, and Contracts of Employment
  • Planning and implementing programs to drive employee performance and organizational success.
 
What We’re Looking For: Requirements
 
 
  • Thorough understanding of the HR cycle.
  • Solid organizational and leadership skills.
  • Ability to address and resolve employee relations issues.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Deep understanding of the HRIS (Human Resource Information System) and its implementation.
  • Able to communicate and write in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
